APPLE CHEVROLET TICKET OFFICE
The Apple Chevy Ticket Office is located at the main entrance of Santander Stadium on the left side of the building. Hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On game days, the ticket office is open from 10 a.m. until the end of the fifth inning.
AUTOGRAPHS AND PICTURES
Fans are encouraged to ask players and coaches for autographs and pictures. However, once the umpires take the field, players and coaches may not sign autographs or take pictures until the game is complete. We ask all fans for their cooperation with this.
FAN SERVICES CENTER
The Fan Services Center is located on the concourse (behind home plate). Stop by the Fan Services Center should you have questions, for lost and found or missing persons while you are at the ballpark.
CHILD'S TICKET POLICY
Children under the age of three are not required to purchase a ticket for the seating bowl if they plan on sitting on an adult's lap. Children under the age of four may receive a free lawn seat.
Santander Stadium features many local York County and ballpark favorites that will make your mouth water from the second you step through the gate! (Including Bricker’s Fries). No outside food or beverages may be brought into Santander Stadium.
Cameras and video recorders are permitted inside Santander Stadium.
Plan holders may exchange expired tickets for any regular season home game for a future game in the Capitol Hill Lawn Seating area. All other exchanges must be done one day prior to the original game date in person at the Apple Chevrolet Ticket Office for any regular season game for field box seating. All exchanges are based on availability.
WELLSPAN HEALTH FIRST AID
The WellSpan Health First Aid Station is located on the concourse behind section 9 on the first base side. Please report all injuries, accidents or any illnesses requiring assistance at this location, and do not leave the stadium without reporting injuries.
Fans are reminded to stay alert at all times, as bats and balls may enter the stands. You are welcome to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands, but you may not, under any circumstances, interfere with a ball that is in play by leaning over the box seat railing or outfield wall. Violators will be subject to ejection from the park.
Santander Stadium gates will open one (1) hour before the scheduled game time, unless otherwise noted.
Santander Stadium is completely handicap accessible and exceeds all ADA requirements. Handicap accessible parking is available in the Brooks Robinson Plaza and in the Queen Street lot. Handicapped seating is available in all price levels.
Fans may bring lawn chairs and blankets into the ballpark to enjoy the game in the Capitol Hill Lawn Seating area.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
Fans are not permitted to bring any outside food or drink into Santander Stadium. Instead they are encouraged to purchase the concessions available throughout the stadium which will satisfy every taste bud!
PUBLIC ADDRESS AND VIDEO BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS
All public address and video board announcements must be made to the York Revolution on the day of the game up until the first pitch of the game. All fans making requests will be asked to pay a $10 cash only donation to benefit a local charity.
In the event of rain, a game is considered rained out if a five (4 ½ if the Revolution have the lead) innings are not played. If this should occur, a ticket may be exchanged at the Apple Chevy Ticket Office for any remaining regular season home game, based on availability, for tickets of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be allowed.
Restrooms are located on the first and third base sides of the concourse and in center field. Family restrooms with baby changing stations are available behind the press box. This restroom can be locked and used as a secure nursing station. Baby changing stations are also available in the center field restrooms.
Santander Stadium is a smoke-free facility. A smoking section is located outside of the stadium.
Firearms and other weapons of any kind are not permitted in Santander Stadium.
