If you’re having trouble checking into a game, please follow these step-by-step instructions to troubleshoot your app.
1) close your app on your phone
-IOS devices swipe up on your home screen, then swipe up on each window to close the app
-Android devices, tap on the three lines in the bottom left of your screen on your home screen, then swipe up to close the app.
2) if you’re connected to WiFi, try “forgetting this network” in your WiFi settings and then reconnect to your desired WiFi network
3) re-open the Revs app and navigate to the game you are currently attending. If your trophy icon on the home screen is not accepting the check-in, try opening the game to the detail page and select check-in at the bottom of the page.
If your problems consist, please click on “More” at the bottom of your screen, select “Feedback” and submit your issue in full detail for us to address the issue and potentially manually enter the points for that game. Thank you for your time and support by using the Official York Revs App!
