(August 29, 2017 – Central Islip, NY):  Tuesday’s scheduled contest between the York Revolution and Long Island Ducks at Bethpage Ballpark has been postponed due to rain.  The game will be made up as part of a twinight doubleheader on Wednesday evening at 6:05 p.m. with two seven-inning games on tap.

The series is a matchup of first place teams, as the Revs are tied for first place in the Freedom Division’s second half standings at 29-22 after dropping the opener at Long Island on Monday night, 5-4 in the first of an eight-game, seven-day road trip.  Long Island leads the Liberty Division second half standings with a 31-20 record.

Revs fans can catch Wednesday’s twinbill on SportsRadio 1350, woyk1350.com, and on the WOYK app beginning at 6 p.m. with Darrell Henry on the call.
