(October 3) — The York Revolution wasn’t the only big winner last week. Just a day before York’s pro baseball team won its third Atlantic League Championship, team sponsor Rutter’s and team officials told customer Ryan Beauchamp she’d won Revolution tickets for life thanks to a purchase and her Rutter’s Rewards card.
Beauchamp was entered into the ticket drawing by using her Rutter’s Reward card to purchase a “Grand Slam” – a hot dog, French fries, and Rutter’s iced tea – for just $4. Now she’ll have a ticket to every Revolution home game at PeoplesBank Park, where the Revs clinched the league championship with a 3-2 win over the Long Island Ducks on Friday, September 29.
Revolution and Rutter’s officials will join Revs mascot DownTown in presenting Beauchamp’s prize to the winner this Thursday, October 5, at 9:30 a.m. at the Rutter’s at 2125 Susquehanna Trail in York.
“Rutter’s has been a terrific addition to our sponsorship team this year, and this promotion was one of so many great reasons to visit a Rutter’s location in 2017,” said Revolution Vice President of Business Development Nate Tile. “We are thrilled for Ryan and looking forward to seeing her in the stands next season as we defend our title and serve up great Rutter’s products throughout PeoplesBank Park.”
